New York State Education Department

State evaluators of the 21st Century Community Learning Centers Program in New York State.  Tasks included, but are not limited to: primary and secondary analysis of qualitative and quantitative data to execute a mixed-method policy evaluation design; professional support to local evaluators through regional meetings and individual response and outreach; surveys and interviews for focused evaluation questions; and direct reporting to NYSED managers as well as written formal reporting for the general public. Continual support of NYSED management of this complex program.

Urban initiative study of the Big Four City School Districts in New York to inform policy on technical assistance to urban, at-risk schools. Analysis of qualitative and quantitative data collected from schools during project supervised site visits, site specific and general reports, position papers and discussion briefs.


Study of the effect of local management practices on the Title l Schoolwide Program in New York State.
