Information for Our Study Participants

We at Research Works, Inc. (RWI) welcome and encourage you to participate in our ongoing studies. By participating, you will have the opportunity to improve the services you receive and potentially improve service outcomes. The data collected through your involvement will help the project’s managers, evaluators and participants (collectively known as “the stakeholders”) learn more about this subject area and tailor the project’s activities to your needs. Your input will ensure that project managers have the best information in order to make decisions and improve program efficiency and impact. 

The information we collect from you will be treated with the highest standards of care and respect. 

As an independent, external evaluation and research organization we assure you that:

• All information that is collected will be kept strictly confidential.

• Only aggregated data will be reported, with no individuals identified.

• No identifying information will be shared or reported to third parties, including your colleagues and supervisors.
